PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
My goal is to educate my patients and colleagues
about current concepts in dental medicine and to provide the best
ethical advice and care possible for their individual situations.
I intend to uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism as key
components of my overall persona and service to humanity. The ability
to reach this goal comes from a solid and caring family and wife
who support countless hours of out-of-house labor and continuing
education. Understanding that my skills as an educator, as a scientist,
and as a clinician are God-given gifts, I believe that it is my
mission to uphold the ethical ideals of the profession of dentistry
and to benefit the patients who it serves.
Dr. Huff is involved in the Mercy
Medical Center Dental General Practice Residency Program. He
is the program's coordinator of oral mucosal screening. The goal
of such a program is to provide the type of training that will give
the dental resident an understanding of the relationships of dental
treatment to all other aspects of total health care.
Dr. Huff is also a mentor for Spear
Education at the Scottsdale Center. Scottsdale Center for Dentistry
offers dental professionals the latest in advanced dental education
in an exciting, state-of-the-art learning environment.
Among his duties as an educator, Dr. Huff has authored many
articles that have been published in both peer reviewed and non-peer
reviewed literature. Please take a look at some of his most recent
work:
