RONDA ALEXANDER, Office Manager
Ronda Alexander, our office manager, is responsible for the
day-to-day operations of our dental practice. She is also
a certified dental assistant, a certified dental practice
management administrator and is certified in coronal polishing,
dental sealants and CPR. Prior to her career in dentistry,
Ronda attended the University of Akron and Stark State, studying
biological sciences. She and her husband, Chris, reside in
Navarre. Ronda’s organizational and clinical skills,
as well as a very cordial personality are essential to making
our patients' dental experiences painless.
We are proud of our Office Manager, Ronda Alexander, who
has earned credentials as a Certified Dental Assistant and
as a Certified Dental Practice Management Administrator. She
also serves as a Program Advisor for CareCredit.
Her duties entail training other professional offices about
how to implement flexible financing strategies for their patients. |

STACIE HUFF, CPNP, PMHS
She is responsible for many of the behind-the-scenes operations of our office and is crucial to its administration. Stacie is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has advanced certification as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. Stacie's understanding of infection control procedures, basic medicine, and staff administration are essential to the success of our practice. Stacie and her husband, Dr. Huff, live in Dover with their beautiful daughter, Kamdyn. |

MAGGIE RICHARDS
Maggie Richards, our dental assistant, is responsible for keeping
the clinical operations of our practice running smoothly. Maggie
possesses a license in dental x-rays and is CPR certified. Maggie,
formally Modjeska, comes to us with experience as a nurse's
aid and pediatric medical assistant. Her jovial personality
and attention to detail help to make each patient visit special. |

DARRYL HUFF, Laboratory Technician
Darryl Huff, Dr. Huff's father, comes to us with over 32 years
of professional experience in education. After retiring from
the Tuslaw Local School District in Massillon, Ohio, he sought
training as a dental technician. Currently, he provides many
of the skilled services necessary for the quality and custom
denture therapy that we provide for our patients. His attention
to detail helps Dr. Huff provide very high quality complete
dentures with unique customization only available in few dental
offices. Anyone who knows Darryl will attest that what he loves
to do in his spare time involves riding his Harley Davidson
motorcycle with his wife, Marlene. Darryl’s enthusiasm
for detail and quality, combined with a pleasant and outgoing
personality bring a very light-hearted flare to our dental team. |

SANDY GIANNINI, RDH
Sandy Giannini is our dental hygienist and soft tissue management coordinator. She brings with her an extensive background in the dental field. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, she was a dental assistant and office manager. In 2003, she graduated from Stark State College with honors and is certified by the state of Ohio to provide local anesthesia. She is committed to keeping up with the latest and greatest techniques that the dental hygiene field has to offer by attending educational seminars. Many of our patients have told us that Sandy's gentle touch along with many educational tips provide a relaxing and guilt-free dental experience.
Sandy has been happily married to her husband, Tony, for many years. They have two grown wonderful children and are the proud grandparents of Giada and Milan. In her spare time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals. She also enjoys traveling and crafts like scrapbooking. Check out her creative skills during your visit on her educational bulletin board in the hygiene room. |
